At some point in time, everyone of the ‘pack’ decides that Derek is not a very good Alpha at all and they leave with another pack, the Alpha Pack?

The only one that doesn’t leave is Stiles and eventually Derek and Stiles get together and they start rebuilding a pack and it’s the most epic pack ever and other werewolf packs respect them and fear them.

The the others come back, expecting Derek to be like, dead, or depressed without them or something and they walk to find that Derek is one of the strongest Alphas in centuries and Stiles is his Alpha Female/Mate.
